SUBLIMATION PROCESS

Artwork Preparation

• Designs are prepared at 300 DPI and mirrored for accurate transfer. • ICC profiles are used to maintain perfect color accuracy. .

Printing the Design

• Printed using sublimation inks on premium transfer paper or fabric rolls. • Prints are dried and trimmed for the next stage.

Cutting & Stitching (Garment Construction)

A. Print-then-Sew (Panel Printing) – Ideal for full-panel designs & production runs. • Prints are transferred on fabric panels, cut to size, and stitched into garments. B. Print-on-Finished-Garment – Best for small runs & custom placements. • Transfers are pressed onto pre-made garments for quick, precise output.

Garment Preparation

Lint removal and light pre-press to remove moisture and smooth fabric.

Heat Transfer Process

• Transfers placed and pressed at 190–200°C for 35–45 seconds under firm pressure. • Paper peeled hot or cold depending on fabric type.

Cooling & Quality Check

Garments are cooled and inspected for print quality and alignment. • Minor touch-ups done if needed.

Finishing & Packaging

Approved pieces are folded, packaged, and undergo final quality assurance.
